Trainee Managers, Logan & Jaxon
Logan & Jaxon have both grown up around jewellery, spending far too much time in our stores over the years has sewn a seed of experience and interest in each of them.
With Logan turning his eye towards the practical side of the business, spending countless hours on our cleaning, polishing & repairing machines for jewellery & watches. He's progressed onto taking on customers repairs and making his own custom watches.
Jaxon has developed a passion for the shinier side to the industry, collecting gemstones and anything he can get his hands on that sparkles! With a flare for customer service, he loves haggling over the price of gems and jewellery, often getting a far better deal than we usually would.
Head of purchasing, Pete
Pete has a wealth of knowledge for jewellery, having worked in just about every aspect of the industry over the past 20 years. He is an expert gold & silver buyer, as well as knowing his luxury watches. He will always strive to get a deal done!
Head of sales, Lisa
Lisa is the heart & soul of our sales floor! You can count on Lisa to always give 110% attention and effort with every customer. She goes above and beyond for everyone who comes in, whether you buy, sell or just pop in for a look, you wont be disappointed.
Her natural chatty nature and attention to detail allow Lisa to excel in heading up the sales department, her flare for merchandising displays and warm and friendly customer service come from years of working in the jewellery industry and building a fountain of product knowledge up over that time means you're in capable hands with her.
